32. The user of a motorized mobility aid(1) must travel on a sidewalk at a safe and reasonable speed, that cannot exceed 10 km/h and that takes into account pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk, the environment and infrastructure, and, where applicable, adjust the speed to that of other users; and
(2) must not travel in a cycle lane, on a roadway or the shoulder at a speed exceeding 32 km/h and, where applicable, in a manner that compromises or is likely to compromise the safety of pedestrians.
